Itinerary Idea In Detail

Day 1 - Osaka

Arrive in Osaka and check into your hotel. Spend the afternoon exploring Osaka Castle and its beautiful gardens. In the evening, visit Dotonbori, famous for its vibrant nightlife and street food. Try local specialties like takoyaki and okonomiyaki.

Day 2 - Osaka City Tour

Take a city tour of Osaka, including visits to the Umeda Sky Building for panoramic city views and the Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan, one of the largest public aquariums in the world. In the afternoon, head to the futuristic district of Namba and explore Shinsaibashi shopping street.

Day 3 - Osaka - Hiroshima and Miyajima Island

Take an early morning shinkansen (bullet train) to Hiroshima. Visit the Peace Memorial Park and Museum to learn about the history of the atomic bombing. In the afternoon, take a ferry to Miyajima Island to see the iconic Itsukushima Shrine and its famous floating torii gate. Return to Osaka in the evening.

Day 4 - Kyoto - Temples and Traditional Culture

Travel to Kyoto in the morning. Start with a visit to the Fushimi Inari Shrine, known for its thousands of red torii gates. In the afternoon, explore Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion) and Ryoan-ji Temple, famous for its zen rock garden. Stroll through the Gion district in the evening, known for its traditional teahouses and geisha culture.

Day 5 - Kyoto - More Temples and Cultural Sites

Begin your day at Kiyomizu-dera Temple, offering stunning views of Kyoto. Then head to the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove and visit Tenryu-ji Temple. Enjoy a relaxing boat ride on the Hozu River or visit the Iwatayama Monkey Park. In the evening, stroll through the historic Gion district, known for its traditional teahouses and geisha culture.

Day 6 - Hakone and Mt. Fuji

Travel to Hakone in the morning. Visit the Hakone Open-Air Museum and enjoy a cruise on Lake Ashi. Take the Hakone Ropeway for panoramic views of Mt. Fuji. Spend the night in a Hakone ryokan, enjoying an onsen (hot spring bath).

Day 7 - Travel to Tokyo - Modern Marvels

Head to Tokyo in the morning. Start your exploration with a visit to the Meiji Shrine and Yoyogi Park. Explore Shibuya, including the famous Shibuya Crossing. In the afternoon, visit Akihabara, the high-tech district known for its electronics shops and anime culture. End the day with a visit to the iconic Tokyo Tower.

Day 8 - Tokyo - City tour

Tokyo city tour covering serene gardens of the Imperial Palace, central railway station, visiting the Senso-ji Temple and Kokugikan (also known as National Sumo Hall or National Sumo Arena) in Ryogoku. Visit teamLab Borderless, a digital art museum. Later Shopping In the afternoon, Conclude the day with a night view of the city from the Tokyo Skytree.

Day 9 - Tokyo - Departure

Enjoy your 9-day adventure in Japan, experiencing a perfect blend of historical culture, modern technology, and stunning natural landscapes!
